Is the shipping free?

On orders over $50 we cover the shipping. Currently we only ship to the lower 48 states. Shipping and handling could take up to 10 days depending on where you live.

When will I receive my item?

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Depending on the kit that is purchased, it could take up to (3) three business days to be packed and shipped. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

Can I change or return my item?

We strive for all of our customers to be happy. If your package arrives and anything is broken or not what was expected we would be more than happy to return the kit. We will not return painted or poured candles.
